The gym is very clean, everything you touch is being wiped down, Patryk has been very helpful, accommodating and a great trainer, I’m not very suave when it comes to working out, especially strength training, and this was the boost, education and motivation I needed.

I like the body composition analysis that they provide, you take it every two weeks, it keeps track of my weight, muscle ect… personally, it holds me accountable for my progress, really motivates me not to slip up, just to see those numbers go down, getting healthier everyday.
