I have been training with trainers for about 15 years now and my experience with Joe has surpassed any other sessions I’ve had. The level of professionalism and knowledge he provides his clients is worth the investment! Joe knows how to help you reach your goals wether it’s with weight training, diet or gaining better mobility for lifestyle or fitness. I highly recommend trying a kinstretch class and adding it to your weekly routine!! Train with Joe and you will be BETTER for it!!
I came to Joe in early April in hopes to lose body fat for my wedding in September. I signed up for 10 in-person training sessions. Not only did he help me find my maintenance calories and coach me through how many calories I should be eating per week to be in a deficit, he also made a complete workout plan for me for each week. Since I started with Joe 3 months ago, I have steadily lost 21.3 lbs. (1-2 lbs. per week) and my body fat % has decreased by 5.3%. Joe was always so helpful and encouraging through this entire process. Even though my training sessions are over, he still texts me weekly about dropping my calories and to see how things are going. Joe also keeps his gym SO clean! HIGHLY recommend!!
I really can’t say enough positive things about MocaFIT and training with Joe! I have learned SO much in the few sessions we’ve worked together so far and I’m looking forward to more. 💪 Working with Joe has helped me a ton with my mobility in exercises that I thought I was training to my fullest potential! I really appreciate the individualized approach he takes with each client and the resources/expertise he brings with having him as a coach. Joe practices what he preaches and his exercise videos have helped me feel confident with my daily stretches and warm-ups. I’d recommend training with him in person or with another trainer, they all are super friendly and seem great! The gym has a cool environment all around. 😊 Really unique training that requires a specialist so I would recommend trying a session or one of the classes! Also, it is very clean, super organized, and has really high quality equipment! I know I personally waited too long to try MocaFit and would recommend training here to anyone – no matter their fitness level.
